 I feel like I'm going to create a flow and get used to bit and get going so on top of getting going. Let'S get going on my very first segment, I guess or that's what I call them on Instagram. I call this segment because I am doing things in my life in segments. If that makes sense today, I really want to talk about the vitamins I make every day and the reason why I'm choosing this to be my first sort of segment on YouTube is because on Instagram, I literally do not show any of their vitamins or supplements, or I try not to, and that's because it's just I know, I'm going to get so many questions that I can't really keep up with when it comes to the supplements that I take. I have a few things that are really important to me: number one, my skin. So I've had always dealt with eczema and have issues with eczema and like little breakouts here and there. So that's one of the things that I'm really really careful for I'm always trying to reduce inflammation in my body. I'M also trying to toxify my body as much as I can and get as many antioxidants as I can. So those are really my goal when it comes to vitamins and supplements, because there are so many like pollutants and bad things around us in our environment. So I think it's so important that we do as much as we can to sort of fight them. So taking the right vitamin supplement and knowing what you want to target and what's important to you and what you want to get out of your vitamins and supplements is very important when picking what you're going to take so everything you see me go over today, will Somewhat target one of the things that I just mentioned today, I'm just going to go over all the supplements, and by doing that, I take in the morning why I take them and I'm going to move on. Otherwise, it will be a 17 hour video and that's not really fun for anybody. So, let's get started Tim again. I want to talk about krill oil pill. Oil is what I pay instead of an omega-3 supplement, so it is omega-3 supplement is just different. What'S different about it is it is more vital available to the body or ourselves absorb it better, and the benefits of taking omega-3 are very, very important. Omega-3 fatty acid keeps the inflammation in your body at bay, whereas omega-6 fatty acids can increase the inflammation in your body. So keeping that balance is really really important. I know negative three or acrylic supplements every single day. You are going to be doing that you're. Also going to be helping with your brain function, you're going to be helping your skin or eczema. You know when my iPhone was really bad. The number one thing that I was told was really to get on some fish oils and then it would help my skin issues and it really really did, but nothing helped me the way that krill oil did specifically just so over from dr. Mercola and the reason For that is that number one when dealing with krill oil, you have to be very careful where it is sourced and then, if it is sustainably sourced Ari, I don't pronounce things well. You will see that in my channel this one that she has comes with evening primrose oil, which is another excellent supplement that I actually used to take on its own. But now this in my krill oil supplements, I don't have to take two different vitamins so evening. Primrose oil also very helpful for the skin. That'S why I started taking. It also really helps balance the hormones and the mood so all together this one specific supplement by dr. Mercola you're, bouncing your moves into either helping our skin in two ways and you are getting those fish oils more bioavailable to your body than an omega-3 supplement. It'S important that I mentioned that this is the Wilton formulas pink, and this is a men's formula. Blue. I give my husband, the blue one. The blue one actually doesn't contain the evening primrose oil, whereas the pink one does. This is more targeted to women, but he does make both and is actually right. Many bundles, my absolute favorite omega-3 supplements to date and has seriously held my skin my eczema, my hormones and everything else couldn't live without it. The next vitamin that I take daily is vitamin E. This one is also by dr. Mercola. When it comes to vitamin E, it is very important again making or buying a supplement from a brand that you trust. It should not be synthetic this specific one. It is a few dollars more than other health with regular health foods for breath, but it's really a difference of about like five dollars. So to me, it really worth it to know that I am taking a supplement that my body can actually absorb now, let's get into why I paint wait a minute number one inflammation in the body. It really will help reduce inflammation in the body. It will help with your skin. It will help with your hair. It will help with your nails. It will also help with muscle soreness, really helps keep the cells in your body healthy and it protects them from oxidative damage. So vitamin D is very important. Take it every day, the next vitamin that I take daily is lip some'll vitamin C slip. Assam is basically something that just helps the vitamin actually get to our tissues, better vitamin C. Let'S talk about it, I feel like everyone's, like get your vitamin C or you're going to get sick. I feel, like everyone takes vitamin C or has taken vitamin C at some point in their lives. But do you know why you're taking vitamin C or are you just assuming this, because it's going to help you or stop you from getting a cold or getting sick? Let'S talk about why I think like this and why you should be taking vitamin C every single day, vitamin C is filled with antioxidants and what antioxidants really do is they help fight free radicals? When we get stressed when we eat bad things, when we are exposed to toxins, our body releases free radicals into the body which can be very dangerous for us, so taking a supplement or vitamin like vitamin C every single day is going to help fight those free Radicals with the strong as the oxidants that it has and it's going to keep ourselves healthy and away from oxidative damage. Taking the vitamin C supplement is so important when you're making collagen as well, because it's really going to help your body turn it to protein and to absorb the collagen better. So that's a little random tip. I will go into collagen at another point in its own segment because it deserves its own segment. Okay, so the next couple that I think is tart cherry. I actually just spoke books on Instagram recently and I've gotten a lot of feedback about it. Maybe you guys I've heard of it. Maybe you have not, basically what tart cherry does. Is it and the reason why I started seeking me? It was about system, so I have herniated discs in my lower back and I my lower back was super inflamed and I was in a lot of pain, so I sort of was doing my research, which is what I use is how I find all these things That I paid up - and I find a lot of the things that I do - I do research on homeopathic ways to heal things and it captures me tart cherry tart, cherry tart cherry. So you know what I went and I got tart cherry concentrate and then I realized like ooh. This is a bit sweet for me. I don't know if I want to take this, so I found these supplements and I take them daily. I will also put tart cherries into my smoothies often, but I don't probably have a smoothie every day and I want to make sure that I'm getting beat and these lavatory benefits that terry has to offer every single day. It'S naturally has melatonin. So it's going to help! You have a long restful sleep. So if you have sleeping issues or insomnia or trouble just sleeping through the night, I really highly recommend tart cherry. Please do not sort of drugging your kids with tart cherry to make them sleep through the night. It is for adults, just kidding, hope you guys can take a joke. Tart cherry is also still kinda talked sense, because caries are filled with vitamin C, which I just talked about so filled with antioxidants, help fight free radicals in the body, so just an all-around great supplement to be taking daily, especially if you're someone who's active and especially, If you're somebody who gets sore often roseola muscle soreness, tar cherry will really help with that and again reducing inflammation in your body is so important because inflammation is will lead to most problems and chronic illnesses that people have today. So if you can take a tertiary supplement or if you can incorporate tart cherries into smoothies or into your diet, do it so the next supplement that I want to talk about that I take every day is pearl. Supplement talked about this before on my Instagram, and what Pearl supplement really? Is it's actually like a big thing in Asia? It'S a big Beauty seekers in Asia and dietary supplement Asia that helps with joints that helps with memory. It helps with hormones. It helps with so many things anyways my dad, who is like my Keith's, really my guru, because he is so informed on health and he's really the reason that I have this passion for health and for taking care of myself and for doing my own research and For natural remedies to problems anyway, my dad for taking this for years and give it to my mom and they look really young and really thing that really made me want to take pearl supplement was when I read up right up on it. There was so much about how it helps with acne scarring and helps with the skin and creating you know really like even skin tone and getting rid of any markings and any previous damage that's been done to the skin and helps us rebuild the skins texture so That was like the thing that really hooked me into it. Pearl powder can also really help calm you down if you're someone who suffers a lot from anxiety or any stress. This is a great supplement for you. It'S just a multi beneficial supplement that is really targeted toward beauty and pummels, and keeping your skin clear and just keeping everything sort of calm and balanced. So I highly recommend this supplement. The next supplement I want to talk about date is bee, propolis or propolis. I really don't know how to say it. I really don't care because I say everything wrong and everyone says everything differently. So to me it's bee propolis. I don't know what it is. I don't want to get yelled up. If you guys follow me around, you know I'm a huge fan of the bee products bee pollen, beaver bullet or propellants royal jelly. Even I've made two ways anyway, I'm a big fan of the product. I think that they're amazing to the health I take P for polis every single day, because what be purple it really is. It'S really like the goo that were a full-size together and it protects the high from intruders coming in as such as like a snakes or something to disrupt what's going on in the d5. So it does the same thing for your body. It acts as an empty everything: it's empty fungal, it's antimicrobial, its antiseptic and the bacterial really going to help your body from getting sick, which is really why I pick it. It'S excellent to work against all the bad bacteria in our body, but it also keeps the good bacteria in our body. So it's not going to kill all bacteria. It really knows how to target those bad bacteria. Another thing that it's said to be great for is heart health, and it really does promote energy and strengthen the body. So this is something that I think every day. I also am a big kind of bee pollen, but I used. I include these and things that I'll talk about that at the nother point on my channel last but not least, and definitely not least, because to me other than omega-3. This is probably the most important supplement that I take every single day. I think every single person should be on it Child's Marin, women. I don't care what age you are. Probiotics are my Holy Grail life, changing life, changing life change and they must be kept in the fridge by the way, really what probiotics are, if they are. The bacteria that Winer digest digestive tract - they basically line your gut, I'm huge on the gut. I will get into it at a later date, but really the gut is the center for all disease. Everything that's bad in your body. Right I mean that sounds really. Is that sounds really dramatic, most things that are bad within your body start from the gut. So what happens is our gut is like a poppy donut and eating things like sugar than gluten and all the top of the environment they little holes in the neck, and what happens is that it then goes through and it goes into our bloodstream and it creates Inflammation, what probiotics do is a-line our gut with good bacteria, those good bacteria fight off the bad bacteria, so that they cannot get into our blood throughs. They cannot get through our gut and create those holes and create that inflammation in our body. By the way, the inflammation records in our bodies causes a whole world of problems. So it's really important that we keep our guts strong, that we keep them protected and never keep good bacteria in our gut. I take two probiotics. Every learning with my breakfast like clockwork, like it's so so important. This one is by dr. Mercola. Every time I've been into a bottle, I switch back and forth between two brands: it's either dr. Mercola or who knows choice. I will talk about it below in the description section of this video I'll read the two brands and I'll put a link to where you can purchase them. I mentioned probiotics health liners, I guess digestive tract, I can't say digested. I tried to say it six times. I basically help you absorb the nutrients in your body and in your food better today increase your energy. They help with your skin. So many people message me and saying: what do I do? I have actually what a way to live is much. My number one answer to like everything is probiotics when taking progress, you'll have less cold and flu will help with leaky gut syndrome. That is something that I will go into in deeper detail on another segment. I will also help with weight loss and just keeping everything digesting and the body working normally and properly. It literally is hopeful, it will not be the cure, but it will help every single autoimmune disorder, every single skin disorder, digestive disorder, everything it really is, and all around like holy grails product. There are many people that really only take probiotics in the winter or during flu season to help protect their bodies. I personally think it's important to take it all year-round, I'm really big on the gut, I'm really big, on keeping the gut microbiome super healthy and keeping all that good bacteria there, so probiotics very important. So there are a few more that I take. But, to be honest, they're not necessarily the most important, and I don't want to overwhelm you. I think that what I just put out is probably overwhelming and not always understand that this is a journey like for me. I didn't just start taking these pills all in one shot. It was over time and through research that I found them all and incorporated them into my lifestyle. Do not feel like you need to in one day start taking a new. You know vitamins, that's not normal. That'S not natural, it should be a natural progression start with one. If you had to pick two out of, I think I just mentioned seven or eight. I was really the omega-3s and the probiotic are just really something that every person walking this earth should be taking. If they can and if they have some means to and if they have the information and the knowledge too, so I hope that I gave you a little bit of insight on the vitamins and supplements. I hope that you understand why I take them. What I'm trying to target how they help me and, like I mentioned earlier in this video, I will definitely go over in detail more on each of these supplements over the course of my youtube channel.
